Ethan Paige, Executive Chef – Private Events

Ethan grew up surrounded by charismatic and talented chefs, beginning with his mother, who has been the Food Service Director for Deerfield Academy for over 28 years. Ethan’s experience spans from Walt Disney World to Cameron Mitchell Restaurants – a thriving national multiple concept operator based in Columbus, Ohio – to Legal Seafoods, and most recently Dominic & Anthony’s Custom Catering where he was Executive Chef. Ethan is an active member of the ACF and the Epicurean Club of Boston where he enjoys the camaraderie of many of the great chefs in the Boston area. His goals are to continue to grow as a creative chef, to employ and wrestle with new ideas and approaches to difficult problems we face in and out of the kitchen, to be increasingly conscientious about sustainability, local farms and local sourcing and balancing organic food into the menus at Fireside.
